I met up with Bernadette & Max in early September for their Kananaskis engagement session. As it turns out, it was one of the last nice autumn days before the weather turned and the snow started to fall. I first met Bernadette at Courtney & Jeremy’s Canmore wedding at the Cornerstone Theatre awhile back & was super excited to see her again because she made such an awesome impression! I’m very much looking forward to their wedding in Calgary coming up in the fall! So we met near the Stony Nakoda Casino and drove out to Mt Lorette Ponds for their Kananaskis engagement session. We pretty much had the place to ourselves with maybe 2 or 3 people wandering through for a short while. It was nice to just hang out and not have to work around the crowds and still get those amazing water and mountain views. These two were super sweet with each other, champion snugglers! I have a thing for blanket photos and they brought a super cute blanket to snuggle with. We headed off to Barrier Lake afterwards where the sun put on a spectacular show bursting through the clouds and the sunset was spectacular! We twirled and frolicked on the sandy shores until the sun went down! We had such a fun time for Bernadette & Max’s Kananaskis engagement session! These are some of my favourites!
