I had been planning this Lake Minnewanka secret proposal with Joel for some time. I had a couple out modelling for me since this spot is a little less busy (on the back side of the Lake) and I didn’t want to look conspicuous. Well, that kind of back fired because Kristin is such a good person she didn’t want to go over where we were shooting (the spot I had told Joel to go to) so they were 45 minutes late getting there and we were losing light fast. Joel popped the question, Kristin said yes and all was good for their Lake Minnewanka secret proposal to be photographed. Afterwards we did a quick engagement session to celebrate.
