I love Lake Louise, any time of the year. It truly is one of my favourite places. Christina & Bosco had an autumn wedding in the mountains and they chose the Fairmont Chateau Lake Louise as their gorgeous wedding venue. The couple, along with their family and friends, traveled to Lake Louise for their Rocky Mountain destination wedding last September. After getting ready in one of the beautiful suites, we headed downstairs for the wedding ceremony with beautiful views of the Lake outside the windows. Following the ceremony, we wandered the grounds at the Chateau, where tourists clamoured around us to get photos of the lovely Bride & Groom. Lake Louise is easily the busiest place I have ever taken wedding photos (maybe rivaled by Moraine Lake) and yet we still managed to make it look like we were the only people there (surrounded by thousands). Fall weather can be a little unpredictable, so we got a mix of sun and rain while we were doing photos. We even lucked out with a sunshower too, so pretty! After photos, we went back to the suite where we had a traditional Chinese tea ceremony followed by an outfit change into a gorgeous fluffy blush pink wedding gown. Christina was considering not wearing the pink dress because she thought it might have been too much, but it was just perfect! I was so in love with the dress that I convinced them to go outside for just a few more portraits to show off that gorgeous pink dress before we went to the reception. The reception was intimate and lovely, the best way to cap off a fabulous day! Congratulations Christina and Bosco, we loved being your Lake Louise Wedding Photographer!
