It’s just been a few weeks since I met up with Sarah & Chris for their Pomeroy Kananaskis Mountain Lodge elopement. Their ceremony was at lookout #4 and the view was just spectacular. The wind was a little crazy that day so we went a little further down the hill to try to get a break from the wind. Sarah appeared and had the most fabulous veil for a windy it day, it just floated and flew around everywhere! The ceremony for their Pomeroy Kananaskis Mountain Lodge elopement was short and sweet followed by a few photos with their son and a few friends before I whisked them away to Barrier Lake for our first round of photos. Sarah & Chris were up for climbing to get to the great spots and Sarah even jumped a small creek getting back from one of the locations! I was impressed! She managed to do that in a dress and heels and I had to tiptoe across a log… she put me to shame! After Barrier Lake, we went to Canoe Meadows to enjoy more rocks and gorgeous blue green water for their photos. We also got a bit of a wind break there too which was great until we wanted to do some flying veil shots! We had to work at it but we did manage to get a few flying veil photos before I returned them back to the Pomeroy Kananaskis Mountain Lodge to enjoy the evening with their friends. Here are some of my favourite photos from Sarah & Chris’s Pomeroy Kananaskis Mountain Lodge elopement!
