Nav & Nick were married on a Friday this past August (I love weekday weddings!) and they had a lovely outdoor wedding ceremony & afternoon reception at Hastings Lake Gardens. Hastings Lake Gardens has some resident kitties who wander the grounds, so of course I was excited when one fluffster made an appearance before the ceremony got started and this awesome kitty also allowed us to have some kitty portraits too. it doesn’t get any better than this!! After the reception we took wedding party & couples photos on the grounds. Once we finished up photos, the couple went for a cozy dinner together at Corso32! What were you most looking forward to on your wedding day? Nav: Spending our first dinner together as husband and wife at Corso 32. Nick: Seeing Nav in her wedding dress/first dinner as husband and wife.
What ended up being your favourite moment(s) of the day (both answer)? Nav: Dinner was the best part. We had a cozy table at Corso which ended up being so romantic and exactly how I imagined it. That and eating cupcakes! Nick: this one is hard…seeing Nav in her wedding dress was my favorite. She looked so beautiful. Dinner was amazing. We had such an amazing time. I’m going to have to call this one a tie!
What was the song you chose for the processional? Bridal Processional was “Cannon in D” by Pachelbel
What was the song you chose for your first dance? N/A
How did you choose your colour scheme/theme for the wedding? Garden, soft pastel colors
Where are you going for your honeymoon? Australia
