Before the day even arrived, I knew Leah & Rob’s Edmonton boho wedding was going to be fabulous. We had a great time with their engagement session and they had so many great plans for their wedding day. We started out getting ready at Leah & Rob’s home where Leah had the best hair and make-up team getting the girls ready. She had an amazing dress and the perfect florals from my favourite Edmonton florist. We headed out to a pretty wooded area for the first look and some of the portraits. One of the last locations we visited before heading to ceremony had us enjoying the company of a security company…. oops 😉 The wedding ceremony and reception was at Rob’s parents home and it was beautiful. I loved all the details! After the ceremony we had more time for portraits (a dream!). We had chatted a bit about trying out smoke bombs on their wedding day (my first time!) and it was fun to get the whole wedding party involved with dropping the smoke grenades. We then headed into the reception for a fun evening with good food and tasty treats that ended with more smoke bombs and a fabulous sparkler exit! Here are some of my favourite photos from Leah & Rob’s Edmonton boho wedding!

From the couple:
What were you most looking forward to on your wedding day? I was most looking forward to seeing Robin of course but also seeing how my dream all came together. It was a lot of work from us, our families and our friends and I wouldn’t change a thing!
What ended up being your favourite moment(s) of the day (both answer)? Robin: When I came down the aisle with my dad / Leah:; saying our vows to each other
What was the song you chose for the processional? From the ground up – Dan and Shay
What was the song you chose for your first dance? When you say nothing at all – Chris young
How did you choose your colour scheme/theme for the wedding? When we started planning the wedding the main thing we both wanted was for our guests to say “wow this wedding is Robin and Leah” it was important to me to have both of us represented. I picked the color scheme from just being able to use my favourite colors. I love the dusty/grey versions of colors as they are so soft and romantic.
Where are you going for your honeymoon? We didn’t go on a honeymoon yet because we didn’t want to leave Edmonton in the summer months. It is our plan to go to Hawaii in Jan for our honeymoon
